The IRASA Report 45 was distributed on 07/15/2024. Please review and take the appropriate action necessary to respond to each record identified on the report timely. Part D sponsors must provide Report 46 submissions in response to the Report 45. The deadline for the final Report 46 is 11:59 PM Eastern Time on 09/30/2024.
