Combined Common Edit Module (CCEM) Edit DTP=573 Update
On July 1, 2017, the Encounter Data Front-End System instituted standard Common Edit Module (CEM) updates. Unfortunately in that process, edits that are normally turned off were inadvertently turned on and became active. The error has been caught and is now fixed. If encounters that were submitted after July 1, 2017 received the following edits, please resubmit them at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
