Welcome to the PRS Mailbox


Instructions:

  1. Log in using your organization's assigned Receiver ID and the Password from the email that was sent to you.
  2. Once logged into the mailbox, a total of three (3) ZIP links will be displayed.
  3. Download each report by clicking on the download button, then 'Save' the file to your computer.
  4. Once you have downloaded all your reports click the Logout link or close your browser to exit the PRS Mailbox.

Helpful Notes:

  • If you do not know the Receiver ID, please contact CSSC Operations at 1-877-534-2772 Option 2 for assistance.
  • It is highly recommended that reports are immediately downloaded and saved to your computer. If a report needs to be re-activated, you must logout of the PRS Mailbox then log back in and select 'Activate Download' in order to download the report(s) again.

Report Downloads


Helpful Notes:

  • Be sure to designate your preferred storage destination prior to downloading these reports. Most browsers default to the computer's Downloads folder.
  • In the event you need to download the same report(s) again, you must logout of the PRS Mailbox then log back in and select 'Activate Download' in order to download the report(s) again.


PRS Password Reset


The PRS Password Reset tool allows the PRS Point of Contact the ability to reset their PRS password. Once the request has been submitted a new password will be sent to the PRS contact on file for the Receiver ID entered.
