System Status - SFTP Submitters Only

This is to advise SFTP submitters who are receiving ‘failed to connect to host due to mismatched RSA fingerprint’ errors, that in order to re-enable access to the host, they must use the “Authorized SSH host” option. In addition, submitters who manually connect should select “yes” to accept the new key exchange and check the box “Always trust this host”, so it does not reappear.

Also, submitters may still be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Please be advised that the Front-End Systems is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
