COVID-19 Resources — Palmetto GBA

  • We have the same resources as CMS listed on our page
  • We have created a dedicated page under the Top Links section of the website with links to CMS Called CORNOAVIRUS COVID-19 (links to emergency disaster instructions)
  • We have created a “self-service tools” page to assist with quick items that would alleviate calls to the PCC so we can keep lines as open as possible for pressing provider issues
  • Established, according to CMS directives, a separate line for accelerated Provider Enrollment applications as well as accelerated payment requests
  • Added COVID-19 ICON to signature lines of our emails as a quick way for provider to link to information
  • Created a COVID-19 hashtag so you can filter on social media
    • #PalmettoGBACOVID19
  • Increased webcasts
    • We held four webcasts that have given providers and opportunity to engage with Palmetto GBA and ask questions as we work through this together
    • There were webcasts focused on the new Telehealth requirements for COVID-19 and we also conducted an Ambulance Webcast on April 3 (we have removed these recordings as CMS has updated information)

Open Dialogue
