Please have all of the following information available prior to calling about an EDI-related issue so we may assist you:

  1. EDI Submitter ID, if applicable
  2. PTAN, also known as a provider number
  3. NPI
  4. Company Name
  5. Contact Name
  6. Contact Telephone Number
  7. Company City and State
  8. Email Address

If you are calling regarding an error you received, please also have:

  1. File ID (ISA13)
  2. Error Message
  3. MBI, if applicable
  4. Patient Account Number (CLM05), if applicable
