Notice Regarding Recent Changes in Billing and Coding Article Tables

MolDX has recently made modifications to certain Billing and Coding Articles that contained tables with lists of specific tests and services. Specifically, these tables contain information regarding services that had successfully been evaluated for compliance with stated coverage information in the associated policy and are now in process of being removed.

The removal of these tables should not be interpreted as a change in coverage or reimbursement for such services. These tables are being removed because coverage information on explicit services that have met coverage criteria can be readily found in the DEX™ Registry, and these tables required excessive resources for upkeep, revision, and coordination with other MolDX partner MACs.
