eDelivery - MR ADRs Delivered Electronically!

Palmetto GBA offers an eDelivery option to receive Medical Review (MR) Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) - the same day that they are issued, delivered directly to your computer. You even can choose to get an email to let you know an ADR is waiting for you.

To start receiving your MR ADRs electronically, you must be registered for our eServices tool as a Provider Administrator for your eServices account. Once you sign into eServices, and select the 'Admin tab', you can choose your eDelivery Preferences. Just select eDelivery for your MR ADRs to start receiving them through eServices. You can also select 'User Pref Email Notification' to receive an email when an MR ADR is available for you. Once you have chosen the eDelivery option, all of your MR ADRs will come to you electronically through eServices.

To view an ADR, just sign in to eServices and select the 'Messages' tab. Click on the DCN for the ADR you wish to view. The ADR will be appear in a PDF format.

If you have not already signed up for eServices, now is the perfect time to do so.

If you have questions on the registration process, please call our Provider Contact Center at 888-355-9165 and select Option 5. Customer Service Advocates are available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for all time zones, with the exception of PT, which receives services from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
