JM Part A Annual DDE Recertification

As part of our security recertification process, providers are required to certify Direct Data Entry (DDE) user access annually. If this recertification information is not verified and returned timely, DDE access will be terminated.

Palmetto GBA began emailing DDE recertification notices on January 12, 2024, to the EDI contact for entity with active JM Part A and HHH DDE ID users. Emails will continue to be distributed over the next few weeks. We ask that you do not contact us to verify when your email will be sent. Once all email notifications have been sent out, a notice will be posted giving instructions to any providers who did not receive notifications.

Recertification notices must be completed and returned by email to ediparta.enroll@palmettogba.com or faxed to (803) 699-2429 within 3 days of receipt of your email. The returned recertification notice must include any approved changes, an authorized signature and date. If you have additional JM DDE IDs not listed which were assigned prior to December 1, 2023, please attach a spreadsheet which lists the JM DDE ID, name the ID was assigned to and an email address for the user when returning this invoice. Please list on the recertification page – additional user spreadsheet attached. Name changes are not allowed for DDE user IDs. Failure to respond to the recertification notice will result in termination of online services.

Please do not respond directly to the email. Palmetto GBA will only process recertification notices received by email or fax.

Providers whose IDs have been terminated will need to apply for a new ID through the JM EDI Enrollment packet. Normal processing time to receive a new DDE user ID is 15 business days.
