eServices: Part B Greenmail Letters for Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee

Palmetto GBA has identified an issue with greenmail for Jurisdiction J providers in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee. Due to a system error, providers who have elected this option are still receiving manual letters via US Mail instead of electronically within the eServices portal. We are in the process of updating the system. No provider action is required.

Note: This issue only affects providers in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee and should be resolved by Mid-October.
