Detailed Confirmation of Redeterminations

We heard you! Based on feedback provided by you, we have made changes to our eServices portal, when redetermination requests are submitted.
Previously, the confirmation notice generated generic information which made it impossible to match up with a specific appeal. Upon investigation and analysing the available data elements, we have enhanced the eServices portal.
The confirmation notice will now include the following elements:
- Date of receipt
- Document Control Number (DCN)
- Submitted by
- Status
- Medicare ID
- Date from
- Beneficiary name
- Internal Claim Number (ICN) of the claim appealed
- CPT® code
