Need a Quick Answer to a JJ Medicare Question? Consider Using Our Convenient Web Chat Feature

While Jurisdiction J (JJ) providers are currently able to utilize our convenient web chat feature, we are expanding the web chat platform by adding additional resources specifically for JJ providers to increase the number of available chat representatives and reduce provider wait times.

Our secure web chat is designed to make asking Medicare questions easier. This innovative feature allows providers to interact with dedicated and experienced Palmetto GBA staff to receive real-time assistance without having to pick up the phone.

We pride ourselves on being accessible when you need us. We provide two ways to contact us via web chat:

  • eServices portal
    • Our secure web chat feature allows users to dialogue with an online operator who can assist with patient- or provider-specific inquires, or address questions that require the sharing of protected health information (PHI)
    • When logged into eServices, you can access web chat from the bottom right corner of your screen. Select either Medicare Inquiries or eServices Help.

  • Palmetto GBA JJ website
    • To initiate web chat, select the green and white “Chat Now” button at the bottom-right corner of the Palmetto GBA web page
    • Authenticate your information using the Provider Verification Box then begin chatting with a live representative
